Took way too long to receive my vehicle. When I received a tracker they told me my car was complete when in fact it wasn’t. There was a loud engine noise when I went to go pick up my vehicle. I will never use this place again for repairs to my car and I will not recommend anyone to go to this place. The reasons being is because they had my car for over 2 months and the only time they test drove or turned on the car was on the day of pickup. The staff was very unprofessional when I asked what was wrong with the car. Not knowledgeable in repairs or what was wrong with my car so all in all will never come back here for any of my car needs.

My car had no issues before accident. Picked up from shop tire light and engine light was on and my remote start didn’t work. They said car was fine when it left shop. Called again returned car they said “maybe it was because we had to disconnect the battery” now remote start works and engine light is off they say. Also Frank states they didn’t have to touch tire same side it was hit on but they didn’t touch it. I’ll see what’s next I haven’t picked the car back up yet.

Repeated texts that car would be ready for pickup on Friday 10/10, and if there would be any delays I would be contacted. I called for pickup time at 1pm on 10/10, and was told car was still being painted and would not be ready until the following week. Rental car was to returned 10/11. Final ready for pickup date was 10/17 while I was out of the country for work. Had to arrange for someone else to pick up, very inconvenient. The work done on the car was fine.
