Cassie took exceptional care with me and my car. She told me the car would be done in 1 day and it was. After I dropped the car off to get repaired at Caliber, Cassie got me a ride home. I live close to Caliber. This was an awesome service that Cassie got me. Finally, I was paying for the car without insurance, the price was less than the estimate. Cassie was awesome. When the car was finished, Cassie called me. I couldn't pick up the car that day and we decided that it was best to get the car the next day. Everything was in working order and it even looked like Cassie got the car washed. Cassie was better than terrific. Getting in an accident in hard enough, but Cassie made the experience better by her handling my case. I would highly recommend anybody to Calibe and to talk to Cassie. Cassie is #1 in my book.

Cassie did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Caliber to others and for them to see Cassie. She does a super job for Caliber. When I dropped the car off, another person (not Cassie) said it would take more than a day to repair. Cassie told me 1 day. Cassie was right. She does a great job for Caliber. Caliber is very, very lucky to have such a great employee. She's smart, articulate, accomodating, and precise. I can't say enough good things about the way she helped me and serviced my car.

Cassie, John, and the receptionist were wonderful from the very beginning. Cassie was professional, helpful, and answered all my questions making me feel comfortable. John’s expertise stood out immediately. He spotted damage I didn’t even notice...WHILE LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE.. SMH. He explained everything with clarity and I knew then everything would go well. The receptionist, whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment, was excellent as well. She followed up with calls to make sure I received every message and kept communication flowing whenever I missed a call. Together, they kept me updated throughout the entire process so I always knew exactly where my car was in the repair chain. When it came time for pickup, they even offered to handle the return of my rental, which made everything incredibly easy. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, simple, and truly impressive. Their teamwork and professionalism made everything effortless for me, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I'm very satisfied. I chose this place because I used them before so I know they do great body work. My car looks like it was never in an accident and even better than before. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Everything looks great. Thank you so much. My car was even ready a week earlier than scheduled. Everyone is so nice.
