From the moment Scotty greeted me I felt that I had made the right decision to let Somerdale Collision repair my car. Scotty immediately put me at ease with letting me know exactly how he was going to repair my car. He also answered my questions without talking over my head and did not rush me. Scotty was warm and compassionate to how emotional I was when I told him what happened to my car.
