Frank called to tell me car was finished. Came to pick it up and the bumper was not repaired correctly. The bumper was not clipped into place leaving a large, noticeable gap. We showed Frank and he was surprised. He said they would need to keep car and fix it. He obviously never looked at the car to see that it was not repaired correctly. Again no apologies or explanations were provided.
