- The truck took 5 weeks longer to fix over the estimate. - The bumper was installed unevenly. - There was a missing cover on the bumper although we pointed it out and it was fixed before we left. - The bed cover was removed during work but the drain hoses weren’t reconnected. - The truck wasn’t properly covered during the work and now there are metal shavings rusting into the paint of the cab of the truck. - There is a rubber bumper between the bed and truck that wasn’t installed properly. All told, the job was not completed in a proper amount of time despite having our vehicle for a ridiculous length of time. The work was sloppy. It appears you take on too many projects and don’t allow your staff to complete the jobs you have in a proper and timely fashion. We will never recommend your services.

The service department confirmed the repairs would take 2 weeks. After 7.5 weeks of having our vehicle with very little to no communication from Mt. Ephraim Dodge, we went in to address the issue. They said they would have the vehicle put back together in 2 days. They did that but the job was so rushed that the repairs were very sloppy. The bumper isn’t on straight; they didn’t put parts of the truck bed back together correctly; they were missing parts that even my 9 year old son pointed out; they didn’t properly protect the vehicle during repairs and now there is rust forming. All in all, I would never recommend Mt Ephraim Dodge for service.

My car had problems right after I picked it up, totally unrelated to my repair! Anyone who test drove it would have known it was not right. I put it in to get it fixed and it came out worse.

The quality is fine but they kept on extending when it would be ready without telling me. It was in the shop 6 weeks and cost me a ton in rental car expenses.

Cosmetic repairs look great however there is a bad grinding sound coming from the rear of the vehicle whenever turns are being made. Also since the repair there is a notification of a break light that is out as well. I need to make a visit to address these issues.
