Showed me the parts he was going to order and how much they cost. He gave me a high and low estimate for my repair. During the repair, a part was recieved damaged and he let me know about the hiccup and quickly ordered a part that would work. He let me know the timeline for repairs and the truck was repaired in a timely manner. The vehicle was in better and cleaner condition than when I dropped it off.
