My car went in for hail damage, dents and paint on the hood. Picked up car in the rain. Realized the paint was never fixed. Brought car back the next day. Was told to bring my car back after our truck was finished. After having my car for a week I am being told insurance will not cover it. There was compromise to my paint from hail which looks worse after pointless dent repair. My insurance will billed 7,000 for dent repair which is a rip off. My car was not even cleaned. My Co worker had multiple dents repairs in her suv fixed at Lewis Auto Body for half the cost and her truck was detailed. Someone should have figured out the details before having me drop my car back off. Paint repair should have been included in the 7,000. We took 3 cars here to be repaired and my insurance was charged 20,000 total. I could have bought a whole new car. We have used mulikins in the past and have been satisfied but I will never bring a car here or recommend them. Also reporting this to my insurance company. No way 20,000 of hail damage was fixed and no paint repair.
