Was unaware that my car had to be jump- started before it was brought out to me, after the repairs were completed. Left the body shop and went to two stores, but after exiting the second store, my car wouldn't start. I called the body shop and they came out to where I was, and jumped started my car. That's when they finally informed me about having to jump-start my car the first time. Wish they had told me while I was still at their business.
