I put my car in your shop because it was one of the better repair shops in the area. I wouldn’t expect the communication to be a problem in an another So I would recommend your shop.

I had to leave Destin and come back to Missouri while my car was in the shop. I flew to Destin on December 16. Picked the car up put it in the garage and flew back to Missouri. I haven’t had a real chance to do a great inspection but the bodywork in the paint appear OK. The reason the rating is only a five is because of having my car for seven weeks to get it repaired. It seems to me that there were some communication problems between the insurance carrier and your shop that should have been worked out a whole lot sooner.

Initial customer pay estimate was significantly higher than insurance estimate. At that time it was indicated that a few Non related light scratches would be touched up at the time of the repair. That Was not done.

Not sure why self pay quote and insurance quote were so much difference. Repair done well, although a few scratches (not from accident) I was told would be touched up were not. Bottom line-good job

The finished job looks beautiful. Down time for my Yukon was limited to a short period. They even did the job for less than the estimate. I'm quite pleased with the entire job situation.
