My experience with Murphy's was unmatched! Delonte stayed in touch with me to ensure I had an update. Chris monitored the overall process. They took care of me from start to finish. I was frustrated by the insurance process but Murphy's walked me right through it. In fact, I had no more contact with the insurance company once I dropped my vehicle off. They answered every question. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and they understand customer service. I really can't say enough about them. I pray that I don't have another accident but if I do, I know exactly where to go. Murphy's will get a referral from me every chance I can tell someone about my experience.
