An amazing experience. From the friendly staff to the progress updates they more than exceeded expectations. They also vacuumed and washed our minivan when all over and did such a good job that my wife and I joked we should sell it right then and there as it hadn’t looked so good since the day we bought. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The reason I rated this a 9 is because of the receptionist she gave my husband and I problems when he went to go pick my car up I had signed paperwork and give my permission for him to get my car when he was there a month earlier to pick another car up that needed to be prepared with no problem! That was very frustrating being I'm not that computer savvy and I spoke with her on the phone I didn't like that. But the mechanic was awesome all the way around.
