The customer service was outstanding! From the Front desk clerk to the technician that oversaw the repairs on my car. The clerk at the front desk was very kind and pleasant...No attitude nor rudeness. Very professional each time I called. And, my technician was also very professional. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and kept me informed at all times. Answered all my questions. Really nice guy...great attitude. It's so refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. Much appreciated.

This is my second time using Murphy’s Auto Body shop. The first time they were a part of my auto insurance network but now no longer, however, I still took my vehicle to them the second time because of the outstanding work they did several years ago the first time I went. Their business model has not faulted over the years and they continue to deliver excellent service
