Customer service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs were good, but there was paint dust and other debris and residue on the windshield, wipers, inside my car, on my leather seats, the doors, and the floor. There are also 2 indentations in the leather of the front passenger side door (damage was on the exterior front passenger door) where it Appt was something was placed there and left too long. I would have liked for my car to be returned without evidence of repairs. Also, I got a new tire; I picked my car up Friday morning, and by Friday evening my low tire pressure light was on.

Brian was amazing with communication from beginning to end! He did a great job. When GEICO messed up my deductible, the manager as well as the front desk employee were very patient and professional about getting the issue resolved. The repairs were professionally and swiftly done (EXACTLY one week). My front bumper looks AMAZING! Thank you and I’ll definitely be recommending you all to friends and family! :-)

Great job overall. Made it easy for me as the customer to have everything (repair and rental) done efficiently at one location. The only thing I would recommend is to double check the lights and that everything works properly before telling the customer it’s ready. In the end, it worked out fine to leave the car at the shop a few extra days but I would have preferred not having to come in and realize there were more fixes needed myself. Thanks for a great job, overall!

Dominic Broaddus was very efficient, helpful and informative. He guided me through the whole process and was always courteous and responsive. The young lady at the receptionists desk, as well as the Enterprise agents were also very proficient, professional and courteous.
