Everyone was absolutely pleasant and helpful. The young lady who performed my estimate was thorough and very detailed in explaining what would need to be fixed and called to update me on the status of my vehicle. I will definitely recommend Murphy’s auto body to my friends and family.

I chose Murphy's Auto Body shop because of the ratings and the location. I especially love the fact that they are a triple plus threat. Great customer service and exceptional repair work. Geico rep and Enterprise Car Rental on the premises. The ONLY thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was the Enterprise Rep. And maybe my senses were a little off or ultra sensitive. But when he contacted me saying that "Geico didn't approve my rental up to a certain date and that I would have to pay out of pocket". I was annoyed. I think he should have spoken to the Geico Rep before speaking to me. I called Geico and was told they would extend the rental and not to worry. Enterprise calls me AGAIN to inquire if the rental had been extended.. I told him that the rental was extended. Then he asks me if I could call Geico and have them "add the extended date in the computer". So I ask him if Geico was on the premises. He tells me that he is not aware of Geico being on the premises.🤔🤨😒 I'm thinking, did this guy LIE TO ME!!!.. This has NOTHING to do with the work done on my vehicle... but it does affect your business INDIRECTLY and it left me feeling like, I really don't want to have to deal with this guy ever again. Because if you would lie about something so small... anyway... keep up the good work
