Muse Collision Center, formerly Southeast Collision in Hinesville, was founded on four simple standards: Honesty, Integrity, Quality repairs, and Customer Service. We understand that auto repair is often an unfamiliar process for our customers and take it upon ourselves to make the process as easy as possible. Muse Collision handled this process not only with expertise and professionalism. All of their staff treats you with the utmost respect and makes you feel very welcome as soon as you pull in. It really felt effortless due to the Muse Collision’s timeliness with updates and help with the rental process. I went in with a lot of worry due to not having had an insurance claim in over 20 years, but they literally handled everything. I highly recommend them to anyone with an insurance claim or any type of body work needs.

We are very satisfied with Muse!! They got us in whenever they could (our car is newer so parts were hard to order) we were very patient. But muse was always updating us if the car was in OR out of the shop!! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for the services they provide. And HUGE shout out to Rachel in the front office, she was amazing to work with and she had great customer service skills and she went above and beyond. Thank you so much muse!!
