Muse Collision Center, formerly Southeast Collision in Hinesville, was founded on four simple standards: Honesty, Integrity, Quality repairs, and Customer Service. Went in for damage to the front end from a animal that cross in my path. Those repairs was done nicely. After 2.5 weeks I pick the car up and found that the passenger side headlight had condensation build up which never occurred prior to the accident. I then went on to inspect the vehicle to find that the console and stereo lights didn't work anymore. These faults was brought to the office attention and are pending to be fix. Just want my vehicle back to its original state as was promise by the shop.

The shop was easy to get ahold of, kept in contact at least weekly (insurance repair took about 5 weeks due to parts availability), and everyone i spoke with was very helpful. The repairs were top notch. I highly recommend them

I cannot express how amazing everyone is. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Big shout out to the painter for the amazing job. It looks like it came from the factory like that!!! We were very unhappy that we had a wreck with our brand new Expedition. However, having had two vehicles repaired by Muse Collision in the past, we told USAA Insurance we wanted to take our truck to Muse. The people we dealt with were wonderful and kept us informed of the process and did a fantastic job despite some unexpected challenges caused by Ford. Bottom line our new Expedition still looks and drives, like new thanks to Muse Collision! Thank you all!
