Located in historic downtown Montrose, Mylar’s Auto Refinishing has been in the collision repair business for over sixty years. Since the beginning, we have provided consistent body and paint repairs to all makes and models of vehicles. We offer custom tint and computer-aided color matching using Glasurit 90, the premiere water-borne paint in the industry. Water-borne paint means less paint is used on your vehicle and less harmful VOCs are released into the environment. We also have computer-aided, laser-guided frame straightening on our Chief frame machine to bring your vehicle back to factory specifications. Our technicians are trained in the best repair practices according to I-CAR and ASE standards. We work with all insurance companies and fleet insurers, as well as rental car and tow companies, and also provide local pick up and delivery of your vehicle. We have been voted Best Body Shop by the Montrose Daily Press readers for twelve years running.

I would absolutely recommend Mylar's to any of my friends needing refinishing work. You would never get this kind of service in Denver which is my prior residence for 21 years. I am a fleet manager and have vehicles located all over the US and Canada and all the auto body garages I have dealt with in my profession can learn a lesson or two from Mylar's. Thanks for putting the "service" back in customer service, Robbie and staff!!!! Bravo.
