I did not notice their sign about my responsibility for my truck's contents while in their lot, but at the same time they left it unlocked, outside, all the time. Needless to say, open doors & criminals in our town don't mix, and everything was stolen leaving the crew cab completely empty. The Body Shop was sorry, and eventually gave me a check to help recover what I'd lost. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK, AND THEY DETAIL THE VEHICLE WHEN THE BODY WORK IS DONE, SO YOU PICK IT UP FRESH & CLEAN. I WILL USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IF I NEED THEM, just a little wiser & more careful to clean out my stuff this time.
