The entire team was great! Customer service was on point and they literally took care of everything. Drop of was easy, updates were often and they even saved me from having to juggle the rental return. The repair was completed on time and they did an excellent job! They even vacuumed my car. I won’t go anywhere else for repairs!

One month ago today, a pole jumped out in front of me. Body shops are suffering from lack of labor and delays in getting parts. I tried to get into about 6 different local shops and was told we couldn't get in until July or August. With that said, Nance Body Shop pulled through for us! They got us within 2 weeks of the accident and got the van fixed within another 2 weeks! They treated us like family from start to finish! Moral of the story....don't hit a pole.

I was beyond satisfied, I never expected them to touch the inside of the car. They wiped down the inside and vacuumed throughout. My car looked better than it did when I bought it!
