This was my first experience with Natale's Collision and it exceeded my expectations. Dennis was congenial and easy to work with. Informative of the process and helpful throughout. He even took the time to remind/point out to me that I'd forgotten to put my 2025 registration sticker on my Car. Which was extremely helpful and possibly saved me an expensive ticket and aggravation.

I was a little disappointed because I didn’t have any say on the reverie process of the damage . The repair company reported what they wanted to my insurance company, and proceeded to fix my vehicle. I then received a call from my insurance company company telling me the vehicle would be repaired , and I would have to pay a $500 deductible, which I paid CASH
