During initial evaluation I was given a verbal estimate of one week for the work. It took two. Since it was a verbal estimate, I did not bring it up when I found out it would be two but this misunderstanding cost me almost $400 as I had to agree for transport for my wife (in a wheelchair) to a doctor's appointment that had been made when we thought the repair time was one week. Other than that, the service was great and the repair was as good as new.

Although communication regarding status of my repairs was good, there was a delay due to wrong parts received that I was not updated on until I called. Also, the hubcap was not replaced when I had specifically mentioned it at the initial inspection.

No communication. I had to initiate all conversation with Peyton. Original completion date was 2/26 so I took off from work-wasn't ready. Was told EOB 2/27- Friday.So i requested early leave (used PTO) to pick up the car- wasn't ready yet. Had to wait through the weekend. They don't have hours over the weekend. Was told it would be fixed early Monday AM. Had to get an Uber to pick it up and missed some work. You weren't really apologetic of the circumstances you put me in.
