The paint job to my bumper was bumpy and had a knick the first time around. They didn't bother to dry my car after being washed so there were spots all over it. I wasn't sure if there was still scratches on my car or if it was hard water. I had them repaint the part of the bumper that was a poor paint job and when they redid it it was clean and nicely painted. Neutral rating because it was bad first but they fixed it.

The front desk was nice as well as the representative I worked with. The shop manager was a bit condescending when I wanted him to repaint part of my bumper that didn't look good.

A friend picked up my car. I am out of town. I cannot comment on this. I did like, however, the fact that I was kept informed as to the progress of the car. I'll be in a better position to answer this when I return to ARizona.
