NAC must have had a backup. It took 25 days from when I walked in until they completed the work. Not able to replace (2) parts because of non-availability. No harm done though.

To be honest, it feels like half of it. Honestly, there are a lot of questionnaires and I'm not a native English speaker so it's tiring to do. However, I am leaving a review in the hope that you improve your shortcomings and become a better company. Thanks for fixing my car.

I am very satisfied with the repairs to my car, but I felt that the management during the process was very lacking. In other words, the entire process of getting the car repaired was frustrating.

They were all very friendly but they were just kind. I called 4 times in 3 days with questions, but I could not speak to a representative. It's not that they didn't answer the phone, but the person in charge was in a meeting so I couldn't talk with him. One staff said he would leave a message to the manager, but I didn't receive a reply from him. They was so kind, but irresponsible. The most important repairs were done well, so I give it a 7.

I have a Toyota electric car BZ4X 2023 and it was hit by an influenced driver on the front left bumper. Because this car is electric which has good numbers of sensors on the front bumper and it is so new with only 2000 miles. I had done lots of searching to select the shop that I can trust to fix my car. Surely, my car now has transformed back the same as the day I got it from the dealer. I’ve never received such wonderful customer service from a repair shop like I have with National Auto Collision. It was stressful trying to find a shop that would take us in on such short notice and they alleviated all the stress. They checked in with us frequently and were more than accommodating at every step along the way. Can’t recommend them enough!

Alex is very responsive and knowledgeable. He has a great relationship with the insurance company...in our case Pemco
