The repair itself was amazing. The turnaround time was good. Cleaning my car out without my permission, and emptying the things I had in my doors was unacceptable. Things got thrown away that I needed. Plus I am very scent sensitive, and the car still smells like cleaner. I have no idea why you were in my backseat when you were fixing my tailgate. The only place anyone should have been was the driver side to move the car.
