Nelson's is a wonderful company to work with on the repair of my Challenger. Darren worked directly with me on the repair. He was excellent in communicating with me on the progress of the repair by either calling me directly on the phone or texting me with progress reports. I truly did appreciate that immensely. He also called the insurance company to deal with them on additional adjustments to the car. I'm very happy with the repair. It looks great. Looks like new. The work ethic that Nelson's works toward was fully met through the repair of my Challenger. Good work guys and gals. Nelsons is very efficient and professional. I have had my vehicle there 3 times maybe 4 because people are careless and hit others cars in the parking lots. Each time the people have been great and I have been more than satisfied.

Gave me a used bumper and tried to pass it off as new, cause it looked like trash, they sat me down and told me it was my insurances fault and then put on a new one after I refused to pay for it. After i got home i looked at the body work and the spacing and lines do not math up NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!The only thing good about Nelsons Auto Body is the detailed cleaning they did to the inside of my car
