They charged $16,000 to fix my vehicle and did a half-ass job on it.

Worst mechanical work I've ever had done on my vehicle. The headlights were not in. The tires weren't balanced. There was a front end piece that wasn't even installed and was rattling horribly. The body shop put a door doing in my car and then didn't fix it. The ECU bolts were loose. The brakes are spongy. They risked my life by letting this car go out of their shop in this condition. Obviously someone was in a hurry and wanted it out the door even though they Had had it in their shop for six months.
