When I walked in the first time, I expected as cluttered, dusty and a bit dirty front desk. Much like a mechanic shop. However, I felt like I was walking into a lawyers reception area. A little dark but warm and inviting. I walked through the shop and it was really clean. The technician stations were tidy and the floor didn’t have oil stains heree red and there. Very professional and an indication that Nelson’s took care of their work space. This gave me confidence that my automobile will be treated well
