It's the little things matter to me. Smiling, friendly folks greet you on arrival. Calling the rent a car company was nice too. Walking me out to my car to make sure I was happy with the repairs. Your tow operators have been great too when I needed them. Quick to the rescue. Not minimum of 3+ hours I've experienced with AAA.

The office staff were excellent and the car was done in the time frame anticipated. There was a bit of confusion at pick up about some additional buffing I'd ordered, but otherwise, everything was great.
