UNSATISFACTORY WORK

You got some sort of powdery substance all over the interior of my car and I want it cleaned out ,furthermore it's in the ducts for air , the car pulls to the right even after your 4 wheel alignment , and what the hey is that nasty smell you left in my car , I get in and can't stop sneezing, the car must go back to the insurance adjuster. They will figure it out.

The only thing that i would recommend is to put air freshener in the interior. My car smelt like Bondo. I opened the doors when I got home and sprayed some deodorizer, and it was fine .

Nelson's Autobody was great! They were very friendly and completed the work faster than quoted. They even provided me with a courtesy ride back and forth to get my car! They went above and beyond. I had never dealt with them before but I would highly recommend them! Great job Nelson's!!!

I was pleased with the workmanship on the repairs, however I found grease marks (fingerprints) on the back interior roof and on the airbags on both sides.
