At least 4 calls from the contact person for my truck, letting me know what they are waiting on, where the truck is in the process and a few calls from the receptionist about when I was picking the vehicle up and how to handle the rental drop off. True professionals they do superb work, they make everything very easy working with your insurance. Howard and Bill the owner and all the people in the office and the shop, are very good at there jobs and always make sure you are always well informed on what’s going on with your vehicle during the process.
