The panoramic window was really good. Same as the repair on the right bumper. But the interior work was a disaster. The shop manager lied to me about having installed a new headliner. He told me that the headliner was going to starch by itself with the outside temperature. Lie that not a little kid would have bought. Besides the person that sits in the front desk also lied since he told me to take it to the Toyota dealer though it might have been under warranty. What a bunch of suckers.

Jillian is fantastic- she attentive, thorough and caring and ensures an amazing experience from inspection to pickup. Anthony- incredibly proficient with the breakdown of repairs and what’s taking place and articulating the process. Extremely good at what he does. The entire behind the scenes team are exceptional as well, you can tell they take pride in there work and are incredible courteous when returning the vehical, you can tell your car will be safe and treated as if it was there own. Those little things really make a difference, always a pleasure working with them.

The office is nice. The people kind. I enjoyed the massive water fountain and block sculpture. The white lady has beautiful blue eyes and seems kind. The latin guy was nice and the Native American looking guy was nice too. The white guy was also nice. It was a pleasant easy experience. My car looks great, after they repaired the body — they washed it and shined it sooo nice. They vacuumed my car too. I’d easily give them a 10 or even a 20. Thanks for helping me.
