The start of this interaction did not go well. Initially, I was told that my story didn’t line up with the damage to my car. Then I had very poor communication about how and when to drop off and about pick up. Felt like staff made it seem as if it was my fault confusing considering I used the same company a couple years before and had amazing treatment.
