I can’t say enough great things about New Rochelle Auto Body! From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top-tier. The team was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. What really blew me away was the turnaround time, the work was completed faster than I expected without any compromise in quality. But the moment that truly stood out was when I dropped my car off for the work to be completed my car was a mess and when I returned to pick it up, I didn’t recognize my car it was sparkling clean! Thank you again!

I expected the car to be ready to be Tuesday I kept getting texts that it would be ready on Tuesday . My work equipment for Wednesday was left in the car based on that trust. Late Tuesday I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. My husband had to hustle a ride over on Wednesday morning and I went to work less than prepared. Otherwise, I’m happy with the quality of the work. It would have better better to prepare us for Tuesday/possibly Wednesday.

Amazing! My car was damaged in an automobile collision. So happy to have worked with Frank and Mike! They are kind, knowledgeable and professional. The customer service is 5 star. They kept me up to date and informed via text. The finished project was completed beautifully and in a very short amount of time. My car was better than brand new!
