My experience was great, from the moment I submitted my claim and chose the shop. Josh immediately called very welcoming over the phone and set up a time to drop off my car. When I got there Michael met me and was very nice. Talked through the process and what parts he needed to order and ordered it right away. Dropped my car off on Tuesday it was ready by Friday in the same week. I was very happy and my car looks brand new. Thank you Josh & Michael for the pleasant and efficient experience.
