The month long repair process is why I can't give a higher rating for recommending.

My batteries were completely dead the day after pick up with seems like something that techs could check prior to releasing the vehicles after allowing it to sit for a month. Instead Newells takes the attitude that it was able to be driven off their property so its not their negligence.

Taking a month to complete repairs is asinine. Then I was called and told my vehicle was on schedule to be picked up the following day. That following day, Newells was out of transmission fluid so it was going to be another day or two and they'd call when it was ready. A BODY REPAIR SHOP OUT OF TRANSMISSION FLUID?!? SERIOUSLY?
