I have had work done by Newell’s probably half a dozen times over the last 20 years. They ALWAYS do outstanding work. This fact remains the same. Recently the office has received a “facelift” to the front. It heightens the professional experience and looks to work well for their process. I was greeted, walked through the process, never pressured and now their automated system integrates step-by-step progress reports and instructions along the way. I received more updates from my insurance company than I did from this shop. I don’t like having to guess how long my car will be in the shop, or if something happens I’m not contacted but my insurance is? After I called and asked for an update, most times I received a call back. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication. Don’t tell me when I drop my car off you’ll call me with updates when you won’t.

First off, the friendliness of the staff was refreshing and appreciated . Not a common standard, as everyone notices, these days.Very Satisfied with the condition of the work and cleaning of the vehicle was also a plus. Liked the further instructions for the care of the paint job… that was nice. Your high standards and continued quantity of work hasn’t changed and was remembered from over 40 years ago. Thank you
