Excelente trabajo que hicieron Nice & Easy collision. El Señor Luis De La Torre estuvo en constante comunicación conmigo del día en que empezaba el trabajo y el día que lo entregarían. El carro lo recibí en la fecha acordada. El carro fue reparado en forma profesional y sin ningún detalle. Quedé muy satisfecha con el trabajo. Los recomiendo ampliamente, para mí fue el mejor presupuesto que conseguí en San Diego y el trabajo queda garantizado por escrito.

El servicio al cliente fue lo que me hizo, dejar mi vehículo en reparación. La persona que me hizo el presupuesto me explicó detalladamente la reparación y cómo se iba a proteger el carro durante la reparación, también me explicó que los materiales que usan son de muy buena calidad. Fue muy corto el tiempo de la reparación, lo que me prometieron en el presupuesto, fue el tiempo que usaron para la reparación. Se comunicaron conmigo en dos ocasiones para preguntar si podían ayudarme con alguna duda que tuviera, de la reparación o del presupuesto.
