I had a great experience with the collision repair process from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the repair. They explained the estimate and timeline clearly, answered my questions, and made the insurance process much less stressful. My car looks as good as it did before the accident—if not better. The paint match, bodywork, and overall attention to detail were excellent. I also appreciated that the vehicle was returned clean and ready to drive. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs collision repair.

I will say for the shop to have been open for just one week. They took care of me very well and made sure everything was fixed and completed. All the people I dealt with was really nice. I would take my car back to them again if I ever get in an accident.

Our experience was awesome. The professionalism always sending text updates along with phone calls was so great.The process was seamless from drop off, to getting car rental, to everything in between. Pick up of vehicle was smooth and truly appreciated getting our car returned so clean. We truly appreciate all the hard work and effort in getting our car fixed.

I worked with Eduardo at Caliber Collision on Main St and he made the entire process amazing. I’ve also worked with Caliber Collisions in the past so it was a no-brainer choosing them for my repair. From I called to schedule an appointment to picking up my car, the process was straightforward and easy. Eduardo kept me updated by text, through an app and by calling me. He was also pretty thorough by explaining to me (when I picked up my car) what exactly was done on my car and the warranty that I had through them. I’m really glad this new location has the same quality of work, thoroughness and professionalism.
