I thought that a Ford service center would be more reliable to fix a insurance claim on a Ford 2025 Ranger than the independent collision center closer to home.

Initially took truck in for a insurance claim repair. After the initial assessment, they told me that there might be some delays in getting the parts due to the snow storms up North. After about one and a half weeks and no communication (phone or email), I called back to check on the status of the part delivery to get the repairs started. They informed me that the parts had not been ordered and they were going to order them now. Once the parts were delivered, the truck was dropped off. However, towards the end of the repair process, the bumper was painted the wrong color extending the repair time by another five days before it could be picked up.
