When I returned home I noticed 5or6 imperfections in the back door that had been replaced and painted. When I returned John told me to bring it back the next day and they would take care of it. When I brought it back in the car was assigned to the person who did the original work. That person took my vehicle and returned it without doing anything. I am led to believe that he was upset that I brought my vehicle back and he refused to work on it. It was returned with a container of rubbing compound stuck on my windshield. I guess this was his way of telling me to fix it myself. The supervisor did intervene and wound up doing the fix himself. I did not get his name, however I am fortunate that he stepped in. This gentleman, John and the gals in the collision shop were great and did their jobs in a professional manner. I do have another question. I wonder why my radio was messed with seeing as the work on my vehicle was exterior in nature? My station was tuned off and I do not appreciate that kind of conduct while my vehicle is in the shop.
