John the estimator in the body shop estimated two weeks for the car to be repaired. It took six. I received very little communication. I stopped in to check on the car after three weeks then was told it was gonna take one more week and it took three. One of the guys doing the repairs broke the locking lug nut…… John the estimator was telling me that was probably gonna be something I had to pay for I didn’t break it. So finally on week six I decided to stop at the front office and talk to the manager Shane and within 4 to 5 hours he had the damaged lug nut off and replaced with the car ready. Thank you Shane

Staff was super nice and answered all my questions. Left a 9 because I never got any updates but that’s it. I personally like a call maybe once a week or every few days depending on how long it’s in the shop just keeping me updated and informed. Excellent work overall.
