I feel John was not honest as to why it took 3 weeks to repair my truck. I overheard the lady at the desk say my keys were on the 2 week hold rack. There was only a small area damaged. John told me they found "more dents". I have pictures. That was not true. Cost me a lot more money for a rental.

Beyond excellent service. I am VERY happy. One little isdue...the trunk only open sporadically manually. Work ls fine with the key and inside button. I have stopped 2 or 3 times to have it looked at, 2 out of 3 times it works but then the next time doesnt. I will stop again. John and his team are TERRIFIC. Thank you.

Not the best experience. Car took way longer than it was supposed to many of the wrong parts were ordered when picking up the car for the first time wrong rim and wrong headlight was ordered. Second time going to go pick up the car found mini falls in the paint a piece broken on the front grill car was not put back together normally. Said car was ready to go took it for a test drive car was not drivable due to pulling and shaking. Found more wrong with the car after finally picking up my car drove it all the way home to find out I had no brake lights or tail lights And the driver door was not opening properly so I had to take it back again the next day to have it fixed properly, very unorganized.

The workmanship of the repair was excellent but the repair time was twice what was proposed. It took 10 working days to repair my car. Another shop said it would take them 3 days. I was without a car for 12 days. I will not use your bodyshop agIn.

I rate it at a 9 only because my air broke during the collision repair. However, my vehicle is back at Ford today so I’d willingly update to a 10 once it’s sorted out :-) Jasmine in collision is an absolute gem - she deserves an 11 on her own. She is kind, courteous, and always a pleasure to speak with - no matter how her day is going. This is my first positive experience with a Ford dealership, and I’m thankful to now be a Citrus County resident. While I don’t anticipate having another accident, I will miss the top notch service that I received from both Jasmine and Patrick.

Touched on it in my last answer. Jasmine and Patrick were great. They were pleasant any time I called for an update - and were incredibly kind when I first dropped off my vehicle for collision repair. I was obviously not having a good day, and stressed out, and they made the drop off go so smoothly and reassured me everything would be okay.
