The car was beautifully repaired - however there were dirty hand imprint inside the car and the seats dirty. This is not how I drop the car off and it would’ve been nice. Just to have an extra like the car washed when I picked it up.

Took 2 weeks to fix a little dent, no communication unless you called them. Scratched my truck and now have to wait to have that fixed now. Had to pay an extra week of rental because they did not care

It does not drive the way it did before the accident. It still vibrates from 50-60mph.

At the end it was geat. Timely, and you guys let us use a rental. But in the beginning, the communication was not enough, long periods of no updates. It took very long to complete. After our insurance coverage of a rental we spent thousands for over a month in rentals. It was very frustrating.

Vehicle repair seems to be fine. Unfortunately I had to replace the battery in my vehicle. I understand that there are delays with parts causing repairs to take quite a long time. Unfortunately though, I'm afraid that my vehicle sat for weeks on end without being started And as a result, the battery was allowed to completely discharge thereby rendering it useless. so that was $175 bill I really wasn't expecting and didn't need.

Well let see first the bumper paint was all messed up. close to 6 month later the dam mustang has to go back as there 2 light on the dash bnoth rear window do not close all the way. the conv top does not alway work and when it doesn't it get stuck open or closed,steering wheel shakes from an inch both ways like its going to come off in my hand while driving from job to job, driver seat belt doeas not go back in with out me pushing it all back in. I mean Wow Quality is no were to be found here is there no one that checks this stuff before cars go out the door and if so someone does not know what there doing . This is my service car not some weekend toy!!!! please stop wasting my time as it mean more to me then dealing with clowns that cant do there jobs right from day 1/ Want to thank yawl for the big waste of it!!!
