The highest quality in customer service. I had to wait a little bit for the repair to begin. But that is a common issue for any business that is good at what they do. It was well worth the wait, their technicians are skilled beyond measure. They seamed my car back together flawlessly. I am a retired mechanic and can appreciate quality work. Very friendly was very pleased with the work they have done ti my truck they really did a great job on blending the colors on the fender could not of asked for a better job And was done in a timely manner Thank You If someone asks about body work for the car or truck I will tell them your people does a great job

Like I said previously, the job that was done I would’ve given 10 stars if possible. But was not informed on the process of how things were coming.

Very very impressed with the job Nick Nicholas did on my car. However, when I had to turn my rental in I called asking when was the timeline that my car would be done, I was told it was being assemble now, it should be later today or tomorrow . After 2 days of not hearing back, I called back. I was told it was still being assembled. I said ok l, but wast too happy. 2 more days later I called again after not hearing anything from Nick Nickolas. Again, I called again after 2 days, explaining to Jozlyn that I still had not heard anything after 4 days not hearing anything back when I was told my car was being assembled. She explained she can only report what she’s being told. She then told me she would give my call to Patrick(?}. After waiting a few minutes, Patrick got on the phone after talking to the tech. Patrick handled the tech in my behalf. The next day I received a call saying my car was done. When picking up my car, I looked at what they did and I was very please with how my car looked!!!!

The customer service team was very cordial. Everyone was friendly and polite to answer my questions and made sure I was satisfied with all my concerns (even personal ones). The manager of the department was quick to respond to my problems. I felt his heartfelt sympathy for my situation and helped me very much to make me comfortable that all will be okay. He needs to be commended for what he has done for me. 😇 He’s a great employee for your business and a very considerate man for us customers. He was a true blessing for my concerns. 🙏👍
