Repairs done very well! Excellent job! Juan did great work and Lucas and Melanie helped with all the paperwork and finalizing the details. Thank you for being so friendly and answering all my questions - brilliant customer service 100%! Gave you 5 stars on google. Thank you so much for fixing the scratch rear right door for free! It wasn't part of the repairs insurance covers since it was an old scratch like I said thus truly you went above and beyond! Little things just to let you know but again 5 star job! You said you would buff the white marks on the left rear area but they were still there. Also you said you would clean the inside of the car and it was maybe 80% done. There was still a lot of debris in the back under the seats and under the mat. Everywhere else I have taken the car had vacuumed 100% of the debris. Inside the car has a residual chemical smell ( like gasoline but maybe from the paint job?) lasting until now a few days after picking it up. My eyes felt irritated driving home which were outside the mask I wore. Thank you for airing it out like I asked and doing your best! You went the extra mile! Good news is even though I smell the odor when I get into the car, after a couple of minutes of driving with the windows down it goes away.

You guys are the absolute best. My parked car got hit and I had never been in an accident before. You guys completely handled all the insurance issues and coordinating the rental car. Everyone was very understandable and amendable, and was very happy with the work. The front desk lady (I think her name is Melanie) was amazing and so helpful :)

Very impressive work by Nickole Auto Body to fix a parking lot door dent and replace molding on lower door. All the staff were informative and took extra steps with our vehicle. The wash and detailing of inside and outside was a cherry on top!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Your staff is incredible - friendly, on-top of everything and a pleasure to work with. It was great to work with staff at a car service location as a woman and not be talked down to or dismissed. Hoping not to need your services again too soon, but will definitely be recommending you. And last but not least the amazing cleaning job they did on my car (which definitely needed it) was a wonderful surprise when I picked it up!
