The best body shop in the north shore area. Very friendly and professional. Kept me updated on the status of the repair. After I receive my truck, it was all wash and cleaned; in and out.

First time going to this auto shop. I had to get repairs and my insurance works with this company for any claims. I couldn't be happier! I received my car cleaner than when it went in!! I also need to mention the receptionist...She was VERY helpful and kind, answered all my questions . Its very important to have front line associate with her character because it sets the tone. I 💯 recommend this shop.

My experience with Nickole Auto Body Center was the best I’ve ever experienced. I know that seems like it could be an over-statement, but it’s not. I was impressed with the service as soon as they contacted me about the appraisal. They were extremely forthcoming throughout the process, and their communication was timely, clear and efficient. The repair was of superior quality and they cleaned the exterior and interior of my vehicle for pick-up. I will definitely go back, as well as recommend them to others.
