Best customer service I’ve experienced. When the parts for my car were not arriving as predicted, they called to inform me of the new timeline and also called Enterprise Car Rental to let them know I would the car an additional week, updating the return date. Basically they do it all!!

Let me know how long it would take, after the work was approved by State Farm...they lived up to what they said. It was actually finished a week before I thought it would be. Kudos to Niebling Auto Body. It is terrible when you wreck your car.. ɓut it was fixed, and the time that it took to fix it.... was absolutely fantastic. And the way it looks now...it looks ALMOST Brand New. k

I cannot even tell that my car was repaired at all. The paint matches perfectly and is beautiful. The detailing was definitely professional. I was so highly impressed when I picked my vehicle up.

My car looks better all the way around that it did when I took it to them. The attention to detail that they paid to every part of my vehicle surpassed.
