On June 23, 2026 I brought in my car for repairs to the left side due to a side swipe in parking of where I work. My AAA claims professional Brigette made all the arrangements after doing her invitation on the license plate I received from a good samaritan. Alex who did the estimate for my car repairs was professional and polite he explained all the details of repairs needed for my car. It was done very quickly, I picked it up one June 26, 2026. I am very pleased with the work that was done. They detailed my car as well making it look new again. The only thing I was kind of worried about was my deductible waive the communication from my AAA claims professional Brigette to Alex wasn’t good. Brigette sent 2-3 messages or emails to Alex stating my deductible was waived and Alex kept saying he did not receive that message or email. I believe Brigette actually had to call Alex to tell him. Alex needed to look at all his emails the message was CCC to him. Thank you to the Neilo Collision Center team for doing a great job :)

The Neilo Collection Center team did a wonderful job on the repairs. Alex who did the estimate for my car was professional and polite. He explained and answered all the questions I had. Work was done very quickly and they also detailed my car making it look new again. The only thing that needs working on is the communication from my AAA Claims Professional Brigette to Alex. Alex needs to look at all avenues where the messages or emails that are sent to him. Brigette sent 2-3 messages or emails to Alex about my deductible being waived and he kept saying he didn’t receive it. Over all thank you great job :)
