The communication was great from the start and the repair was completed quickly. There were a couple of things I noticed after picking up my vehicle and every single concern was taken seriously. Never once did I feel dismissed or like I was being difficult. The biggest example wasn’t even their responsibility. The day after I got my vehicle back the battery kept dying. I had it tested at O’Reillys where I bought it and they said my battery was bad but it wasn’t from there! This was impossible. I called and spoke to Chris who insisted I come in so he could take a look. Turns out my battery sits in a case and was the right battery. He personally drove me to O’Reilly’s, carried the battery in, helped me exchange it, and then All American Collision installed the new battery for me even though it really wa"
