Specifically, Alexis far exceeded my expectations. Her thorough knowledge and attention to detail was impressive and I appreciated how frequently she followed up with me every step of the way. My situation was complicatd having two different service repairs needed and being covered by two different insurance companies. This was not the simplest situation to coordinate, but she did it with the most kind and professional demeanor. She called me twice a week to update me on any changes, estimates that were waiting approval, approvals, and timeline for when my car would be completed. This was a 3 week process and she made this potentially stressful"
